EFFECTS OF RISPERIDONE DISCONTINUATION
IN PATIENTS WITH ALZHEIMER’S DISEASE
This research study
will be treating people with Alzheimer’s disease
who suffer from: delusions, anxiety and/or sleep problems, agitation,
aggression, and hallucinations (e.g. hearing voices). Those who qualify
receive treatment with risperidone and memory and thinking tests for

MEMANTINE TREATMENT AND PET
IMAGING IN PATIENTS WITH ALZHEIMER’S DISEASE
This research
study will be treating people with a diagnosis of Alzheimer’s
disease who are not currently taking memantine (Namenda). The purpose
of this research study is to see how treatment with an FDA approved medication,
memantine, affects activity in different parts of the brain. All those
who qualify will receive treatment with memantine, a MRI and PET scan
of the brain, and memory and thinking tests for 1 year. For more information

BAPINEUZUMAB AS AN ANTI-ALZHEIMER’S THERAPY
This
research study will examine the safety and effectiveness of bapineuzumab,
an anti-Amyloid Beta antibody, on the progression of Alzheimer’s
disease. The study involves 6 intravenous infusions of the investigational
drug over the course of 11/2 years. For more information, please call the
